    Those days are long gone frank,nowadays we rank alongside street-robbers and violent criminals as Public enemy numero uno,Joe Public happily sits and watches Bear Grylls bite a head from a still living snake for dramatic effect,but would complain to the broadcasting standards commission in droves at a terrier legitimately working a fox,or a lurcher chasing cute bunnies,the public in general arent sympathetic to us I am afraid

    Few weeks back there was an episode of sky-cops,the eye in the sky was looking for poachers decimating the fallow in Londons east-end,they got a shout some guys had been spotted with rifles on parkland,hovered above a few guys with a deer and rifles,kept them there as loads of plod huffed-and-puffed over a few muddy fields from their vehicles,guys were 100% legit and were culling excess animals,well done sherlock

    Going chalk-stream fishing at the weekend,I can almost smell them grilling after a 24hr marinade Wouldnt mind a plate of your mates pie smiffy,sounds mouthwatering to be honest,I love fish

    Its a good title,certainly attention catching,except where does the "Rod" enter into the equation?I dont think we are actually using a rod per se

    Four years ago my best friend was walking home from his girlfriends,only half a mile,its 2am,he is a big guy,around 6' 4" or 6' 5",and maybe 19 or 20 stone,he heard the purr of the car slow down and keep pace with him,looked over,fair enough,they asked him civilly at first "Can we have a word" equally fairly he answered "No you cant" and kept on walking,seconds later they attacked him from behind,knocked him to the ground with asps,slapped the cuffs on and he is charged with resisting arrest,he has no reason to lie to me,I believe his version of events 100%,he was attacked without provocation

    They love their power-trip,they seem to forget they are public-SERVANTS,but their attitude is one of might-is-right Friend of mine got burgled two?Maybe three years ago?Phoned the met,reported the crime,someone came out THREE days later THREE F***ING DAYS?What a waste of taxpayers money Foreign-currency was stolen in the burglary,a decent amount,and it wasnt as common as Euros or dollars neither,acting on a hunch my mate paid a visit to the Bureau-de-change on the high street,eureka,same amount stolen had been exchanged the same day as the crime,more to the point the guy was on CCTV exch
