    my ferret used to just eat meat but i wanted to start feeding dry food.he didnt eat it at first but once he got hungry he ate the dry food and now thats all he gets. can i ask why you ditched feeding meat? its easier for me to just give them dry food. also there sh*t doesnt smell as much and is harder which makes them easier to clean out. Who said keeping ferrets was easy?.If you cant get fresh meat i can see the use for dry.I have dry available all the time but they get rabbit or chicken everyday.If you can i would give them meat mate it brings out the best in your team.

    not so much as whats wrong with people on here, but whats wrong with you, I could understand if dry ferret food was not made, but it is, by many suppliers, so the only reason I can see of feeding cat instead of ferret biscuit, is price cant say anymore, Ive got to get some fish food for my budgie Thats what i dont understand even the cheapo cat biscuits are nearly the same price as the pets at home own brand ferret food , so i cant really understand why anyone would opt for a bag of tescos own cat bisuits for example rather than a bag off ferret food if they want to feed the dry stuf

    Call the kit christine.Seriously that dont really mean its blind.In saying that you will no better than anyone.It might just be a bit late in devolping.How old is the kit? shes 9 weeks mate, i know it doesnt mean shes blind mate but just seems like it a bit the way shes been acting, ill find out soon if she definetly is as i have her longer, but i got her then she acted a little bit like it and i thought i wonder if that person was right so thought id ask. Apart from the eating thing,is she behaving normally?Ie like in playing running about and stuff?I have a blind poley b

    Well the only piercing i ever had was my ear.Lasted about 2days got into a scrap the b*****d got ripped out stil have the scar today.Never wore an ear ring from that day to this.

    Years ago before locator's where invented and before a lot of you where born muzzle's where used as a way of ensuring that the ferret didn't kill,a rabbit in those days would have been, to most,a Sunday dinner. ferrets were used to pouch so the poacher couldn't hang about waiting for the ferret to come out.In most cases the ferret came to no harm a man trying to feed his family wasn't concerned for the ferrets welfare.     prosapia or familia both mean family in latin Latin's a bugger, they've got different words for the same meanings depending on the context. Have you ever seen 'Life of Brian?' Think the whole point of latin was to make sure that normal people didn't understand what the pope was saying, or of course to be able say one thing and then later change it to mean another, but surely the Roman Catholic Church wouldn't do that?! Personally I'd rather cut my arm off than have the language of the pope written on it but we're all different I suppose ................. lol i hear
