oh dont get me started on this.Pisses me off big time.the local council near me spent a cpl million doing up an old bing area.planted trees and built new footpaths.really nice.now its ju8st covered in dog shit.all over the paths absoulete disgrace.im not saying if a dog goes into the wooded area and has a shit you should pick it up,but right on the path come on its only common sense.however to answer your question yes our dog wardens do stop people and hand out fines,but the thing is they do have to catch them at it.

i would not hesitate in giving a dog a good shoeing if it attacked mine.thing is my pup aint aggresive with other dogs and you spend a lot of time and money with a pup,for some mutt to come along and take a chunk out of it.not just a vet bill but can put your pup back weeks and end up with a cowed dog.

Mate I'm not saying the Empire was a bad thing. I think what this country has done over the years has been truly incredible! We set the standard for the world and I agree with what you say. I remember watching something on the Empire, and surprisingly they said that the Scottish made more money out of the Empire than what the English did.
