    I can now confirm that the BDS SE Scotland will run a DSC1 course from Edinburgh on the weekends of 24/25 September and 1/2 October.     Half a stone if four weeks is real good going ! .....remember that it isn't all about actual weight loss as you body shape will also be changing and you have toned up some muscle which weighs more than fat. Don't cut out too much protein as it is protein that stops you feeling hungry.....if you still feel hungry then it could be a sign you are not getting enough protein. As most people have said it is about a change in lifestyle for the long term. To help with weight loss initally then try cutting back on carbs, if you cut back to about 60 grams a day then your bodys own fat burning mechanism

    .....although your question has already been answered if it is any help PM me your addresss and details and I will stick a copy of a disc that has reloading software on it which you can use to produce click charts for the ammo you are using and it also has a training program which helps you hone you MOA skills, and is good fun and practice for you to use on your PC on those shitty raining evenings when you can't get out to go shooting.

    Terrier work is still legal. Do you see the terrier lads putting up pics of foxes after depatch with a 12 bore at point blank range ?? No, because there is some RESPECT for the quarry. We all know what it looks like, no need to splash it all over the forum. ......so whats the difference between putting up photos of foxes, deer, crows, pigeons then etc are you saying deer stalkers in the uk have no respect for their quarry.....think not mate ......nobody has issues with their pictures .

    i work lurchers and i use 12g, so i am not for one sport or the other. And yes if dog lads have killed cubs, its the same as the shooters, if both have done it for pest control . You not going to say no if the keeper ask you to ,as he is having trouble and birds are getting killed. Regards which you choose dog or gun its up to each person, as both are deadly when used right. But i still wouldnt put pics of cubs on here, as i said before it will kill your sport in the End .
