    Maybe the mods on this forum should pay attention to some of the posts on the forum and get rid of the ones that seem to like bragging about poaching andd Fxck the ban! We all know the ban should be lifted! But why paint a target on yourself for the antis to take a pop at you.....not rocket science.....probabbly better to say 'you don't even need a gcse' as most of them probably dont have any gcses lol!

    hiluxmk3If you were going to be refused your SGC they would not have done the checks and asked you a few questions regarding safety... If they have cashed your application payment then all is well, they dont cash cheques unless they are going to grant permission, if they do you can appeal and the guy from BASC will represent you as you say, i wouldnt worry to much, they have to give a good enough reason for refusal, and your convictions dont warrant a refusal, mines is far worse than yours by a long shot and i got mine OK Lothian & Borders issued it. But I thought they granted yours onl

    There must be something going on that you are not not aware of as there would be no way they could confiscate the rifle without sufficient reason and evidence, sounds suss to me.

    Yes, it is called getting a shotgun licence Getting land to then shoot on, then applying for your FAC six months later after you have got permission from the farmer. Job done. You won't get an FAC without land unless you are a member of a club.
