hi postiepussy have you not heard of waterproof gear and wellies davy if a guy wants to get up in the middle of the night and put on waterproofs and wellies to shoot a rabbit that I can shoot in the evening wearing trainers and sunhat, then thats his choice. Ive done plenty of both and I know what I prefer. Meeeooooow. Claws are out! more rabbits are out in light rain any way

Sorry but i disagree. You get big bags by going into the right fields at the right kind of day Like someone could go shooting at 5AM and shoot 7 rabbits with a springer. And someone else would go out in the same field with a PCP at 4 in the afternoon and get nothing. The noise aspect of it is well PCP quieter than springer Everyone no`s that now but does it make a difference errm depends. roosting pigeons will fly off when they hear a gun put they will also fly off when they se there mate fall dead.When shooting rabbits they normally get shot 3or4 to a field in the day pretty far spread out so

I love springers there reliable accurate You never run out of air! if i wanted another gun now i would proberly wait until i can get my lisence and get a proper gun. PCP`s Just cost way to much for there slight advantages. AKA there quieter which dosent really matter because a springer isnt exactly a cannon to set of with isit.
