    My thought exactly, my guess is that they have been frustrated by the amount of dogs being returned to owners after court appeals as not of "type". Got a feeling owners of working dogs are going to be in for a rough ride. I'd hope we don't look back and wish we'd been able to keep the DDA will they not have to prove that it is a danger to people now before they put the dog to sleep no matter what breed it is ?
