    nice photo,s jac and intresting thread,,,,, i think there all brillant jac,,,,all diffrent sizes and shapes breeds off whippet,s,, got dvd off charposki ,,,2day off racing at rising sun in 1973,,,,even then u cant SEE diffrent shapes and size,s ,,,big strong types/ slim types/ ,,,,it was a brillant dvd,,,,,loved every minute off it title ( a dogs life --whippets ) aha i see solo,,,,,thats my buddys father iam right ???? got photo of zac a ped tother,,,,which gives u an idea also off a ped to non ped ,,,,in body 2day there roughly same height

    YEAH they could run at non ped clubs ,,,as long as they had there injections here,s a another video,,,,of another 3/4 whip 1/4 grey he was 15month then,,, 28lber 21 1/2 inch roughly another whippet video of a whippet ,,24lb,,,very little grey in her breeding,,,,but all ran at same club ,,,under non ped rules i wished i took more video,s when whippets were trailing at thorton ,from trap,,,but it was done off my camrea phone over 300 yrds to finish line,,,,when lure stopped back at trapps they had done 400yrds,,,if an open was on some ,,,will have to run h

    here,s a video off a 3/4 whip 1/4 grey ,,,,going round thorton grey track ,,,at only 11 month old pup give u an idea on how quick they are even if there just still pups learning there trade for the 1st time in winter getting abit excircse ,till clubs start in spring right that all iam putting on i can go all night ,,,,

    BOB-----your , correct , both the champion and reserve from all qualifying shows in scotland and a few from england , qualify, theres an open show , following the championship, followed by racing , 1.00pm start----£2.00at the gate £1.00per class-------------see you here i hope. thankz denned for ur reply,,,,,, i was asked to ask ,,,,from oldman ,,,,as he wanted to bring his pup down to show ,,,,and he was unsure if he qulified for champs show what shows does ,,,,the champs show qualifie for selkirk ,,,supreme ch of ch ??????     19lb at 18inch ,,,,seems normal to me,,,,she is at smaller end off whippet breeds,,,,,,but weight and height seem good enough for me k,c whips can be heavyier at 18inch,,show breeds,,,( somtimes ???) heavy boned ect but if she is from racing stock kc or non ped,,,,weight and height seems bang on to me

    do u dogs have to qualifie for the main showing and racing held on the day ? if so ,,,does that mean reserves and winner,s qualifie from other shows this year ? or is it just the winners ??????? or iam completly wrong ,,,, and this show just the same as other,s,,,regarding showing or racing ? atb bob ?????????

    i was a nice hot day ( brilliant ) BIG THANKZ to all the worker,s and judges at show rings,, and stuart for doing lure and bloke doing the lure at start line and finsh line judges,,,,,for making it a most enjoyable day out ,,for everyone

    IAM not too sure stevi,,,,,,as i got there at tail end off racing i dont know excact numbers that entered,,,,,There was more dogs there racing that i didnt get photo,s off them running,,,as i was too busy yapping lol it was all good fun,,,,99% off all dogs gave the lure a good chase,,,,and seem to enjoy the streach away from there leads 2day

    pic 7bob is that your dog and the dog i bred mate good question lol stevi,,,,i think in pick 7,,,,is almost bobs ( ben ) who isnt mine ,,belongs to david ,,, racing ur big lad u breed pic7 almost bobs and ,,,the big lad who entered the racing 2day my paddy ,,,who wasnt racing 2day,,,,just having a trail ,,with a very nice young lurcher when racing had finished my paddy (storm breaker )belongs to me at back ,,,with his brother ben (almost bobs) belongs to david ,,,there easy to get mistaken lol espasailly in photographs

    nice day,,,,,weather was really nice i just got there tail end off racing and showing starting ,,,,,some very nice dogs ,,very chilled out day,,,with good people,s there i will put photos on later didnt get many off terrirs thou,,,just a few ,,when zomming camrea it next ring i noticed a few happy faces when opening envolpe prize money at show,,,,must have been not bad prize money for show

    hopfully will make it ,,,,,not sure which day ,,,,but i will make it lol redwall ????? no racing for u mate,,,,let lurcher,s run there race if u put almost,s bobs in ,,,,ill be forced to race u with paddy at end off his racing lol or it can be buddy ,,who u know too very well lol lev racing to lurchers or young up coming dogs,,,,,

    height can be a problem for rabbits only i,e bolting rabbits ,,,,,smaller will rain supreme ,,,,,BUT lol depends on dog,,,,( with that in mind,,,,i,e cant keep down a tall dog i tell u what ,,,,if a ploughed feild is in the picture ,,,,,those taller dogs are un matched at catching the quarry were the smaller dog will fail,,,,,,i,e longer leg helps,,,,,, but if i was to put up my white dog ,,,,against my taller black dog ,,,on plough or similar rougher ground ,,,,,my 25inch would win ,,,,in speed and longer stride across plough ground ,,,,,,,21inch or 25inch +,,,,,,,they are go
