    lev it with me shane,,,,my family would give u them for nothing,,,,,but i need to check with kirkcaldy club,,,,i know they might want somthing for them,,,as chudlys havent sponcered the scottish champs for 2 years now,,,,,and if they can get £20 - £ 25 a trap it will keep there scottish champs going for another year i,e money for champ jackets but also a very good deal for u ,,,as there new 5 traps cost £800 and extras ++++ magnisted,,,ect if u can get them for petrol money and £20 each ,,,ur quids in as they will last next 50years ,,,these traps were one off the 1st electic traps in

    shane have u still not got whippet traps,,,,i can speak to kirkcaldy commitee,,,as they have spare set ,,,,and see what they want for them,,,i have one off them,, brother has other 3,,,,but there sitting doing nothing and it will probably only cost u fuel money to come and collect ,,,all would fit in transit easy,,,,iam at kirkcaldy next week,,,,i can ask them then,,,,if they want anything for them,,,ill try and get them cheap as feck as they know they probably wont ever get used again ,,,they will probably sit in a shed and never get used again

    Perhaps our classification definition was not clear enough and/or you have inferred it meant something else but basically there were two race classifications 1. For KC Registered Whippets and 2 Unregistered whippets to include unregistered dogs and non pedigree. By simple definition a non KC registered whippet does not necessarily have a traceable pedigree. The organising club and I were quite clear about what we meant and that is why we felt Martin who raced without objection on the day was entitled to his prize.     i wasnt going to post,,,,might regret it pmsl BRITTISH WHIPPET racing accociation and the NWRF or as known 2day is the NNWRF,,,,,mostly run from mining communties,,,,,but a racing threw and threw,,,,yes they have greyhound in line ,but if they reach over a certain weight,,,they are scratch dogs not allowed to race within the whippet class BUT I HEAR U SAY LOL,,,they keep close to greyhound,,,but there not for show,,,there for speed,,,,and its better to keep gen pool open and stay close to there ancestory i,e try to stick to the orginal whippet ,,,fast,,,not looks,,,,breed to their abbi

    seen 16lb whippet ,,,take adults rabbits on lamp,,,,funny as hell,,,cos she would grap rabbit no problem by back leg and rabbit ,,,u could tell she struggled alittle to keep rabbit,,,but she did with a struggle,,,,,,pleanty fight in her thou ,,,woudnt give up,,,,heart off a lion,,,,,but it was funny to watch ,,but she brought the dinner home ,,she never complained ,well up for it

    sorry mally if i came across the wrong way,,,,in genral terms a like all whippets,,,,,althou i most likey if iam honest will never have a full ped,,,,as i like a touch off grey to the mix ect ect in genral terms ill stand up for the whippet as a good rabbit dog

    chanter on here had 13pups only 10 pups survied ,,,1/4 bull 1/4 whip 1/2 grey,,,,but i think all went ,,,,but he,s from scotland and stays up north,,,u can pm him , he doesnt come on here much but might have or know off somthing or might know off someone,,,those guys dont mess about up there,,,land we can only dream off,,,,sulki or bull or grey breeds it dont matter,,,,they earn there keep,,and they wont ask arm and a leg,,,,but he,s from the highlands bull whip grey pups

    its good she is chasing,,,its better than she didnt,,,,keep going this is the problem with whippet breeds ,,,they have to prove there metal,,,,,hence why i put up my 3/4 whippet x grey at stud,,,,,,,ended up with one off his pups,,,,caught her 1st 8 month,,,no question asked ,,shes caught 10 at ten month on walk ,,,no problems with her striking abbilitie her sire fought with a staffie attacking him when it comes to whippets as same as most breeds ,,,,know the parents show whippets are gettin breed from,,,but there abillites are unknown,,,,,but usally they turn out ok,,,,,same

    when bitch is in season there mucele tissue can be soft,,,,,what i would say if u had a 10 to 15month bitch having there 1st season ,,,,lev them to rest,,,,,seen pleanty folks in running game ,,,there young bitches are flying come 1st season cos owner keeped there training up,,,,came back worse and never recovered,,,,,in the racing game one inch is a win ,,,2nd is 1st loser,,,,we notice diffrence more,,,,its the diffrence on catching and missing a bitches 1st season is usally the longest,,,its the tell tale sighn they have appoached adult hood,,,,after that,,,its plain sailing

    why color,,,,,i have two whites at moment and plls hate whites yet there better than the rest,,,,,ive had fawns black,s,blues ,brindles althou i have too addmitt wouldnt mind a brindle again,,,,,why color ,,,,color dont make the dog ????????? i,e ,,,if i had a bullx pup for sale and blue,,,it would get snapped up but if i had a better black bull x for sale,,,it wouldnt p,s i dont breed very rare ,,,just an exsample
