    I meant it adds prey drive.Something which is usefull when training a pp dog especially for somebody that would also like to compete in working trials.Prey drive and gameness or bravery have got absolutely nothing to do with eachother.Have you not thought about the other reasons that bull blood may also have been added to the mastiff to produce bandogs?Its not all about trying to produce a dog that you need a bat to make it release you know.

    I dont remember saying they are better.I said I prefer them as they are a lot calmer and less hypo.Also they can take a lot more stick because of their physical makeup not because they're dead game and will die before they let go as you put it.

    Ive seen plenty of herding breeds with very poor obedience that wont out on command It all depends on the owner/trainer

    My bitch will out anything on command.Even after 6months of bite development and building drive she outed the sleve the first time I told her to because id tought her right from a pup that she had to release whatever she had in her mouth when I gave her the out command.She'll even drop whatever she has in her mouth if my 8year old daughter tells her out.

    Theyre already being bred to shit anyway mate by peddlers that go under the disguise of working dog men.Merles are the big money spinner at the moment because everone knows they're better if they're a silly colour.Price can vary so much mate like anything it depends on who you know and if youre lucky enough to know proper lads as the security/pp dog game is worse that the hunting dog game for peddlers and chancers.

    She is mate.Shes out of the old brindle dog that I put up further back in this thread to the same lads pure Neo bitch that was also a right handful.Being out of a Neo shes always shown more mastiff traits being very defensive and territorial as opposed to being prey driven.Shes starting to show her age now thats why my pal decided to use the young dog pictured on her whilst shes still fit enough to produce a strong litter.The dog is a super well bred imported animal and being from a multi generational line of bandogs should put a bit more drive into them.

    Yep Suzi Quattro and Dr Feelgood used to play there a lot too.Half the time I was too smashed on Acid and whizz to know what was going on.Then one of my pals took me to a rave and gave me an E and that was the end of my time going to the bike shows.
