    Mate them ABs have all been peddled and shipped over here with fake peds and bulls**t stories about what they can do attacked to them.I had and was good mates with lads that had some of the better ones that came over 20+ years ago and even they wernt that special and the gradually got worse once the started getting churned out.Tbh I never saw one that could do anything a half decent bull/greyhound couldnt do and a good bull/greyhound could normally do it better.

    Wouldn't even say one winter of work.Bulldogs and mastiffs aren't even physically mature enough let alone mentally mature enough to start getting proper work so nothing like mature enough to be called tested.

    Just so bloody expensive now all these famous chefs have made it trendy.My missus says it was a staple in the Caribbean comunity when she was a kid as it was a cheap cut.Lovely rich flavour.Jamaican neck of Lamb soup is another dish she does that I really enjoy

    I dont mind a bit of curry goat but my missus's brown stew chicken is the bollocks and my other favourite is the Oxtail with butterbeans that she does.

    Brown Stew chicken,roast potatoes,shredded cabbage and carrots(dunno what she does with it but its got spices and scotch bonnet in it and has a lovely kick to it)plantain and homemade coldslaw.Then a few more spuds and some lemon pepper wings just to make sure Im full.

    Yep.My sister in Law works as a deputy head for ofstead(think Ive got that right)going into schools that are falling behind and whipping them into shape and my missus's sister is a primary school teacher.Both have told me that its not unusual for kids to start at primary that aren't toilet trained or dont know how to use a knife and fork let alone hold a pencil properly or know basic count to ten or colours/shapes.Probably the same kids whos parents wanna blame it all on the schools when their kids are thick as shit.

    Id have liked to have got pocket money when I was at school.Any money my stepfather had that didnt go on bills went over the bar of the village boozer.Anything I soon learned to earn myself either car washing,fruit picking in the summer or beating in the winter went on baccy,2 star for for whatever stripped down track bike I had at the time and by 15 puff and acid tabs

    Fu**ing hell that sounds familiar.She was asking why she couldnt spend any of the savings I have in an account for her the other day so I told her its for when shes older to learn to drive and buy a car or for a deposit on a house etc.Her answer was "Nah I dont need none of that dad,I'll just live with you forever and have lots of animals"

    Absolutely mate.Luckily I finally managed to get her an EHCP just over a year ago after being rejected time and time again over a 4 year period on the ground that her academic report was higher than expected for a child her age.Even things like her getting a tani to school now rather than having to get a train where she would stand out as an easy targat has lifted a massive weight off of my shoulders

    Its F**king ridiculous.I had someone a little while ago trying to tell me that it wasnt fair that kids who went to grammer got a better education just because their parents were well off.Im a single parent who only manages to go to work everyday breaking my back as a groundworker because I get amazing support fom my parents regarding having her before and after school.Why shouldn't she get an excellent education if shes got the ability to make use of it and got the chance of it through hard work and I know a lot of the other parents from her school are just ordinary working class people.Tbh a

    Im quite thankfull that shes got into a really good grammer school that also has an excellent SEN team that do an amazing job with any pupils there that have little quirks or just need extra help in certain areas.Id hate to think what would of happened if she'd have ended up in one of the shitty comps like the one I went to surrounded by little toe rags who half of them haven't been taught right from wrong

    That is a big worry.My daughter is super academic but I can never see her being street smart.She is so kind and good hearted which is how her mother and myself have encouraged her to be that she just experts everyone else to be exactly the same.As much as Im trying to let her have a bit more independance now shes at secondary school its hard as like you say theres too many people that will take advantage of her kind,trusting nature
