    2 of my favourite meals that my missus cooks are Caribbean neck of lamb soup and Oxtail with butterbeans.Like she says they were cheap cuts back in the 70s and 80s.Now the price of them along with decent goat meat has gone through the roof since it's all become very trendy.

    2 of my pals now get it on prescription.One of them has had ongoing back problems after getting knocked of his bike years ago.He got it first and then put my other pal who has a condition called neuralgia which up untill now hes been on epilepsy medication for onto a place to get a certificate so he can also buy it with a prescription.The both have a card which allows them to carry it/travel with it and I believe the cant get done if they get tested whilst driving.We went to a club called koko last weekend formerly known as Camden palais and my pal had his gummies and security allowed him to t

    I follow a Dutch bird who calls her channel Itchy boots.She rides whole continents solo on a trail bike.She recently did the whole of Africa.Now she's just had I bike built out of 80s and early 90s XT600s with all the best parts from different models and trick wiring etc to make it ultra reliable and still basic to work on and shes just zig zagged all over Turkey through the mountains starting in Istanbul and is gunna do the whole of Asia.Proper got some bottle to be doing it all on her own.

    Mate I eat spicey food all the time.My missus cooks all West Indian food and I also love Thai cuisine.Mad thing is the first time we went in there my missus had a salad and some chips and when I asked her why she was only having that she said"I ain't eating that farty chicken" I thought she was just talking daft as she's very fussy where she eats.

    Like leegreen said if you're looking at Kent it's gunna be the Medway towns if you're on a budget.Anywhere down from Gillingham is expensive now and anywhere London side of Medway is also pricey.Even places like Gillingham which was very cheap is going up in price as there's lots of Africans buying up the property there

    We would sometimes drive around the lanes shining out across fields or if we had permission would sometimes drive around headlands but I much preferred walking as a lot of the time we could get multiple runs in a decent field but all this racing round fields chasing gear and chucking dogs out of motors is just an excuse for poor fieldcraft and shite dogs or a lot of the time both imo
