  1. Last years but hey good eating.
  2. Mine likes these Federals 17gn Hornady V-Max, I tried plenty of others but could never better them.
  3. Did someone mention shiney gold t-bolt trigger mmmmm my precious ?
  4. No, I never have. It wasn't even a thing when I started and no one in our syndicate has ever done it, money making scam in my opinion.
  5. Be very surprised if it did!
  6. Did someone mention shiney gold trigger on t-bolts........mmmmmm my precious ?
  7. Look like they've had more acid than me in the 70's
  8. Wouldn't say I was bullied, was just his recomendation and maybe I was a bit naive. They never say anything about my five kilos of powder, 3000+ pills and 2000 primers in a draw under the bed though ?
  9. Each to they're (thier, always confuses me that ?) own, I prefer an easy life, was his recomendation initially so I didn't see a problem with it.
  10. Depends on your local force, if you're allowed to thats great, I'm quite rural and don't need alarms etc, so I'm quite happy keeping them seperate and locks on in the cabinet.
  11. Indeed, I can't get locks on the rifles with a bolt in and my cabinet has an internal magazine for ammo. What the FEO wants he gets or I don't have my FAC ?
  12. I've always stored them seperate to the rifles, keeps my FEO happy as he likes locks on the rifles in the cabinet, I have a seperate safe for mods, bolts and mags.
  13. I've done that several times, I've even gone out on occasion with the wrong bolt and once with hmr ammo an a 22 rifle ? the joys of having two t-bolts in different calibers ?
  14. Gav

    cramps

I used to get em in my hands, fingers, feet, legs, toes and arms, only thing that ever helped is these, been on em years, if I forget to take em it all starts again.
  15. My neighbours are sick of me playing diggeredoo noowooowooowoooowoooowoooowoooowooowoooowoooo
  16. Some jays would complete that shot pal, good going ?
  17. Thats a bit of my stalking ground, it's pretty hard going, as you can see there's no cover. I'd normaly take the quad out too so I can get real far out. Normaly have to have a good hike to get in a good position, I have been known to drag stags in quaters back 7 miles ? getting too old for that now, I really need a helicopter ? No tree's! The wind eats them ?
  18. Here we go again, "thats what the wife says" ?
  19. This was the other option ?
  20. Went out the other day just for a mooch to see what was about, traffic was horendous and they didn't care much for social distancing, at one point I thought the mean looking one might have a pulled a blade! The going was a bit tough and I think I may have to phone the council about the state of the roads here, really, where does our council tax go? Anyway it was a nice afternoon, I didn't see anything, so I decided to take the easy road home, but it was nice to be out on a cracking day ?
  21. Does when they're dead ?
  22. To be honest I've never regretted them going, I normally wrap em round a tree first anyway ?
  23. Well I'll go to the foot of my gannies stairs. I think individual forces just make up their own rules, last time I swapped rifles like for like, was just a straight swap and the RFD did the paper work, I sent my puchase copy off and hey ho, done. I'm going to have to check now things haven't changed here?? You've done right though SL better safe than sorry, hope it comes through speedy for you pal
