sorry but i cant seem to find any information on the net and i don't want to go to the police station clueless as would probably reflect badly. parents have around 50 acres of land surrounding the house woodland and open fields. i hunt with an air rifle allot but my neighbor took me shooting with his .22 rimfire and since then i have wanted that extra distance and stopping power on my shots. i'm seventeen 18 in january how do i go about applying for gun license can i do it now or do i have to wait till 18????(have clean record so shouldn't be a problem) sorry about the essay. thanks adam...

i don't know about rimfire or facs but air rifle usually in the 30-35 range. so didn't vote as didn't want to mess-up other to categories
