few i know have slipped on hare back when we had a track 50 year ago they would all be on the aerodromes slipping on hares betting we agree on one thing only a fool would think of using such a useless type on hares ? no offence fens ?

the last thing i’d do is slip a pure grey even one that’s been on the land a lot near any wire or open land to a dykes etc your asking for trouble nice tight hedgerows then i would just an accident waiting to happen really

a greyhound is poor as a hunting dog mate full stop reared in the field or not most a the old boys i know when they was the track ten mins away would give the racers the odd hare as pups and adults on walks etc
