Hi aleks and welcome to the site, with regards to the cleaning wads, i wouldnt oil them. just shoot them thro, What i would do is pull thro a piece of cloth with oil after the wads.I always clean mine after about 250 shots. the most important thing is to wipe the whole thing down with an oily cloth. use gun oil but 3 in 1 will do just fine. most manufactures will do free services on new guns. hope this helps. regards steve

Hi andy, you just keep at it, one of the hardest things in airgunning is getting that permission, but once you get it and word gets around you will be laughing. try adding your mobile number to your letters. regards steve

Thanks all, then cows really are a pain. one of them got a bit to close for comfort so it got a little clipp round the head with one of the rabbits i got, should have seen the bugger run. lol regards steve

Hi guys, Had another day at the farm today, not much around this time. No sure if it was me or the cows that kept following me everywhere, (still it was nice to take the kids for a walk in the countryside ha ha) anyhow, managed to get a few bunnies.

not sure how to take the cack hand lol, but cheers davy. happy hunting mate. are you left handed regards davy no mate, but have found that if you flip the photo on your phone it reduces the pic so i can post it on the site. there is probably a way to do it on here but i cant figure it out. ha. regards steve it might be me steve but is the rifle a left hand stock and bolt regards davy can assure you mate its right handed, i just flipped the photo on the mobile and thats what happened. regards steve

Hi guys thought i would give one of my shoots at whitley bay a try today, got there about half 1 and i have never seen so many crows in one place but as soon as the gun came out off they went, so i went straight into the field. got a couple of rabbits in the corner but as i went down the other side i came across this huge hole. looks like the foxs have moved into a old rabbit hole, sure enough about 15 mins later out it came. anyhow ended up with a nice bag, up there again tomorrow so will try and get a pic of the fox, thats unless the farmer hasnt got them with his shotgun.

try aa field, .22 are 16g not sure on .177 but you cant go wrong with these. let me know your results if you try then. regards steve

Hi andy, no mate i tend to stay only where am allowed. would be just my luck that the old bill would catch me if i strayed. tho i do see a lot of lads mooching around. have walked up the top and there are hundreds of rabbits there but the further you go the more mixi i tend to see. have you noticed that.

hi corky, try using a heavier pellet, that is if you have a fac rated rifle. if not> bring the power down to the legal limit, this should get rid of the power curve. legal limit is 12f/lb its not worth loosing your gun mate for an extra lb or 2. regads steve
