Hi all after having air rifles for a long time I want to try something New and the ruger 10/22 kept on popping up now I have shot. 22 before but not for a long time I was just wondering if just over 7 acres in enough to be able to use one on as I wouldn't want to go through the hassle of applying for my fac and then find out its to small an area to use it on. As I havent used one for a while I would go down to the range before taking it out and get some intructions on how to handle it properly and to just get some good practice ( nowt better than paper punching) So really is 7 a

i've got a hw77 with 3-9x40 milldot scope witch is brand new in .22 if you fancyed doing a swap ? just a couple of q's for you what scopes sat on it does it have silencer ?

hi all i've got a Weihrauch hw77 in .22 and id like to swop it for something in .177 i had in mind a umarex air magnum 850 if i have that right but im not fused as i just fancy a change it can come with or with out the brand new 3-9x40 optik scope (depends on whats on offer) i am open to sensible offers for the rifle witch is in used condition i will post pictures tomorrow i am based in lincoln i would like face to face as i would get chance to check other rifle out too. please pm me for any more info

its an 54plate only done 106thosand miles it will have 12month mot 5 month tax she looks abit rough but it's a work horse £3500 will put pics on later if the person doesnt turn up for the transit .m

had many version of this gun and liked it very much but like skot says it's an ok gun for close range . go for the xl verson if u can witch is the lastest one.m

hi i was wrong about the fibre washer is was infact rubber but it was so old it had changed colour and looked like a fibre washer. i poped in to see the guy in the shop and he gave me a new seal free of charge so now it's changed . i noticed the head and the otherside of the loading chamber had a load of gunk so iv'e cleaned it witch should make all the diffrence ill be ratting later so will post on how it goes later.m

just a quick question when i buy a second hand rifle i like to change the seals and i was having a look at ware a breech seal should be but there is a fibre washer ? is this the right one or should it have a rubber one ?

it very smooth glad i spotted it otherwise id of had a hatsan striker 1000 in .25 im sure its a good rifle just felt cheap.m

when i got it back a had a quick play and i had to ajust the scope as it was about 2inch under but once it was done the h-point was spot on for the short distance im looking for at the mo . iv got a gun club round the corner so was iv got a weekend off ill head down there .ill order a sample pack from pellax and see what is best. iv been out in the garden tonight after the rats that are making a mess of the place and oh my god 3 shots 3 rats and i love how much of a thud these pellets make when they conect with bone .m
