  12. Just wondering if any one can help me, I'm thinking about buying a mincer like the one underneath, for mincing rabbits for my lurcher, When i lived on a farm we just fed the rabbits to the dogs as they were, but now i live in town it's not quite as acceptable, so i thought of a mincer, are they any good? will fur and bone go through ok? what they like to use? or is it just a bad idea? any comments gratefully recieved Smoggy
  13. why is it that the rspca go running to see a thin dog, but every day you see fat over weight dogs been crippled by their owner, walking about the streets but no ones bothered, the rspca really gets my back up ps your dog looks in great shape kay, you should be proud
  14. i didn't see the terriers i think they were running at the same time as the lurchers, and the PA system was S**T no one had a clue what was going on, there was lurcher classes with only one or two entries then half hour later other people would turn up not realising they'd missed they class, I had to laugh one women (sorry if your on here) was so excited to get a second place, The only time her dog had been placed, but there was only two in her class LOL, i could hear her tell her husband how well she'd done.
  15. I've been at harewood Game fair today, i found it very disappointing, don't know what the rest of you thought, To me it was completely un-organised and it was a poor show in the lurcher ring, The only hightlight was the bull cross bitch that won, her group and best working lurcher, I'm not normally a fan of bull crosses but she was a beauty, It was a shame the bloke had to go before the best in show I sure he'd of won it. does anyone know the owner? It would be nice to know if he's off here !

  19. We have the same problem with people throwing out pet rabbits, most die in the first week, but a few do survive, but i must admit they throw up some beautiful colours in the following years, we have a few black, and, tan and white rabbit running around at the moment, It strange that the adults can survive the first summer but dont seem to survive the first winter, but their young will be seen for a couple of years,

  21. she'll be running in the hunting fields in sky R.I.P
  22. I believe the law states that no one can actually own a cat, So in the sence of killing a cat as long as it was an mistake and not an act of cruelty, and you wheren't intentionally hunting the cat, there is nothing they can do. The cat is the only domestic animal you can't own, its to independant, can you imagine how many cases they would be in country Your cat keeps shitting in my garden! your cat stracthed me, i want it put it down under the dangerous cat act, your cat hunts in my garden without my premission the list would go on. all the police would do is advises you tha
