It seems to me that having a 'pot at the RSPCA' has taken over the real issue of a dealer starving horses to death or failing to get veterinary attention for sick horses and a Judge telling charities to return horses to said dealer before he has faced charges under Animal Welfare Act 2006.
I am no fan of RSPCA politics and the dont feed the horses or we wont get a conviction idea.
Over the Amersham business everything I read tells me the decision was right to remove the live horses, ponies and donkeys
