    As the wind was blowing like mad yesterday me and Jim decided to make the most of it we waited till the moon went down an got out lamping with the dogs.Most of this spot is quite hilly and rocky ,not ideal runnnig for the dogs but there is a handfull of decent fields that were holding,we ended the night with 55, Ern 28 and Meg 27.

    sounds like your pup has come of age lofti,,,,did you speak to the lad about using Paddy as a stud for your old bitch??? yes shes changed a bit now since you last seen her, ,ive been back and forwards to the vets trying to get sarah`s wrist sorted its not looking good for her,but got to try. ive not phoned the fella yet but will do.really like the look of that paddy.

    Keegan,This last night out was my best bag with my pup to date so cant really say much apart from she dose seem to get a less harder mouth as the night gose on if she didnt bring the rabbits right to me they were with in 10ft or so.

    Had a run out with Jim up north, the moon was nearly half but there was a good wind and some cloud cover. There was a decent number of rabbits on the ground so we carried on well in to the night making the most of it,both dogs did us proud,Meg put 41 in the bag for me and Ern bagged 43 for Jim. They had more runs in them but the sun coming up was going to beat us. Think an earlier start is on the cards the next windy night

    do you feed just that? i minced some rabbits and chicken carcasses for added fat, and found she was a bit constipated, so had to add veg. no they get all sorts,, but i have fed just the mince and they havent have any probs at all.

    Well said fella...this place is fast becoming a joke with the f*****g retards that frequent here...some of these c**ts wouldn't and won't see a fraction in their whole lives what some of the more dedicated have caught in a single night lol..let's not forget it's now winter and cold and wet so we may have to wait until the spring before they get out and have a wee go ..give me strength will you lord above ...ATB Andy :thumbs:

    My lad who is now 8yrs old has been asking me if i could taking him lamping for a while now. Last night i took him for his first shine, we were only going 10 min up the road and i told him that we might only catch one as there isnt much round were i live,he wasnt botherd he just wanted to see what it was all about and see Meg run. we got a handfull of runns and my lad loved it , our pup Meg managed 4 he didnt stop talking about it all night after that and cant wait to go again.
