    hi all, given up with the ferrets so have a locator and collar for sale, its the pinpoint type box in grey, all in good working order. it was originally a terrier set up but the collar has been trimed to fit ferrets £95. collect from pontefract west yorks prefered. all the best D2D

    hi pal in ya interview also tell him ya want the HMR because of its lack of ricochet compared with the 22lr they will love that because it shows ya thinking of the safety aspect of things as well all the best with the interview mine lasted an hour !!!!!!!!

    hi all, never seem to use this any more since i found the joys of my hmr and its just gathering dust in the cabinet so if anyone fancies a nice air rifle with a thumb hole stock with adjustable cheek piece, muzzle break "dont know why on an air rifle but what do i know !!!!" tasco 6-24x44 scope for £350 ish flick me a PM all the best

    hi guys ive a GSP pup thats rising 5 months and im dreading that teen stage comming, i was told from day one that to teach the recall to give three beeps and run as fast as in the opposit direction and she now turns on a sixpence and nigh on knocks me over "like i say the terible teen stage has to come at some stage" and to reinforce this to do the hide from her and whistle thing if i get it right you can see the look of terror on her face as she franticly runs up and down trying to find me then as she has gone past ill step out and give three peeps and she comes in like mad,

    just a thought pal as all the above advice seems to be from people that have been there and got the tee shirt but if ya that struck on doing it as a career then surely ya must have been following a pack and if ya been regular they will know ya face so speak to them and ask if ya can help out on weekends etc. it will give ya an insight into the life/job and also hunts are quite a close knit thing and people talk to each other so if a job is comming up ya will prob hear about it before others see the ad in H&H good luck stick at it and you will get it

    sure is legal mate i got one she is 16 weeks now and comming on nicely shes docked and dew clawed front and rear all above board and legal, make sure ya get one from proper working stock though and not show stuff. all the best d2d

    im with you holland, sorry fitchet but with respect you were assuming that this is all the kid is doing to find this line of work experience, he is possibly "i dont know him so cant say for sure" just using this as "one" way to find help, i suspect by ya last post offering him a chance to see first hand how hard a commercial keeper has to work that you have realised this and i do hope he now steps up to the scratch and takes you up on it all the best d2d
