  1. I wanted my sons to buy their own first gun so that they would appreciate and look after them we bought two Xl Tacticals and they are A1, Some have a slight problem with a grub screw under front swivel attachment it holds the silencer in place but your gunsmith can put it right with a blob of threadlock .... NOT SUPERGLUE. Acuracy and power top marks an excellent package
  2. Divers bottle every time, there are no advantages in using a stirrup pump.Pumps are hard work, dirty unless filters are changed regularly, and with the build up of heat cause condensation in the guns cylinder which is VERY BAD!Divers bottle is clean, quick, and easy, and only costs a couple of quid to have refilled. Thanks for that Bill I have priced up some second hand bottles at the local Dive shop Will be going that route
  3. i would like to hear how you get on with your new toy, as i am thinking of getting a scorion T10. I will let you know how I get on when it comes, as the wait is killing me! I wanted the T10 originally but when I weighed up budget etc.... anyway Im sure it will be good..Gulp! My lads have a couple of XL Tacticals and the stocks very comfortable specially for a smaller frame. Incidentally this is also the first .177 I have bought for hunting so it should be interesting all round
  4. Hi there sorry no previous introduction I am returning to airgunning after long rest, I have ordered a BSA Scorpion and would appreciate your views on stirup pumps or cylinders for charging pros and cons? its my first pcp.
