    just been out lamping with a boy from round my way!! saw a tell tale set of eyes so started squeeking, the glowing set of eyes come bounding towards me a good 400 yards away, flat out slipped the dog at about yards and the dogs ran the lamp, my white 3/4 bull greyhound picked up what i thought was a small fox not much of a course but it was all going awy from us, when we got up to the dogs (as we slipped a pup with him red bitch off wags golly)they were playing tug a war with the biggest wild pole cat i ever seen, and it did a little damage to the dogs to, carried on lamping and the white d

    well what happens if ya drop him into a spot and find out its sheet slate, having to use a bar to work every inch of the dig, a 1.0 dig can take a long time, i have found alot like this in wales , the quarry choses to sit under these sheets for dryness or simply becuse there sets have had to follow the contours of earth working thorugh the slate, i may be wrong but you can never know how long a dig is going to take, a 0.6 in slate can take as long as a 1.5 in an ash bank or sand, dont know any one who doesnt dig as quickly as they can but its the dig itself what determins the speed not the dog

    to be honest mate i ent had the dog long one of them ones that changes hands about 100 times, but if keeps going as he is he will keep his space in the kennels.

    first of all that russel dog is one hundred percent he really is try to buy the dog every time im with the ownwer any how, all round hunter, why the f**k are are you saying dogs should be shot, you havent got a clue about lurchers let alone terriers, and as for people saying you should do this and that this way and that, surely as long as the job is done no terriers have been lost and everyone goes home happy that is all that matters, im sure they were just showing the young dog what its all about!!!

    ive had lots of twos and threes but my best was four with my lurcher, in one night, thing is i like to walk so any more than a couple of the big fellas and ya need an army to carry um, its all good and well going for big double figure bags cus its never the dogs that give up its usually me and my pals that cant carry no more lol, pre ban hind sight!! lol
