For a start, as a qualified lawyer ,I would have thought you would realise that to commit perjury you have to give evidence "on oath or affirmation equivalen to oath". There has been some critisism levelled at your forum for allowing Derek Canning to use it as a platform to carry on his vendetta against a witness in a case where he was convicted by a jury. Regardless of the fact that the case was some time ago ,Canning is still harassing and attempting to intimidate a prosecution witness. He has also posted my home address on at least one occassion. I see what your saying but I personally would like to see it stop. The problem I have is that this has been going on for 15 years now. It has all been dealt with in the court ATB, Neil If some one lied and set me up then 15 years is nothing! Wag, Fair comment , but read the posts and look at the evidence. Look at the answers I have given ,and then look at the answers he has not given to any questions. Whether or not the DNA evidence is flawed, he claimed to have bred 22 - 29 peregrines from 2 breeding pairs naturally. There are not 2 breeding pairs in the country as prolific as that. Add to that, the fact that when his premises were searched no parent birds were found as they had "conveniently" been stolen . It doesn't take Columbo to work out what the truth is. Neil

JD, If you've done so much research you must know who the liar is already,it came out in the wash 15 years ago. It seems the only way some will accept Canning is a liar is if he tells the truth for once and says he has been lying all along. What "side " did the threats come from,I would be very keen to hear. Another example of Cannings devious mind. I was working one night and my Inspector got a call from Northumbria Police confirming I was at work. Mr Canning had been sitting in his taxi in Hexham when he was alledgedly approached and threatened by a Scotsman wearing a balaclava. And why was half the wing missing from one of the "parents" Also when you were seen trying to post a parcel through a postbox while wearing gloves and the police stopped you. Why did the parcel ,which was addressed to the the local WLO, contain a peregrine falcon chopped into pieces.

A fellow named Derek Canning was caught by the Northumbria Police (North England) out in his car close by a Peregrine site that contained 2 nestlings.
