  3. looks abit dodgy to me as i cant find a crossman pellet for sale at that stated weight the highest i found was 14.3 grain to many irregularities in the readout for my likeing now im no expert by any means but i would have at least asked for proper printout with my rifle and correct date and i would have like the pellets to be weighed in front of me and if possible to be present at the accual testing i think you have had youre eyes out mate and he came back for the sockets atb mal

  8. i love to shoot big rats as the way i see it they are big for two reasons plenty of food and they ability to survive anyone can shoot young rats as they are as daft as a brush its just a matter of waiting . but big rats seem to wait until the younger ones have been out and no signs of danger then they venture out. i saw a rat the other week he was huge much bigger than any ive shot he was all scarred up and a big lump of his tail was missing and his fur on his back was all patchy almost like mange on a dog he was definatly on my hit list but i didnt have my rifle with me typical and no
  9. i baited up for a couple of days and i had them in about ten mins. i had a few more but where i was shooting them there was a load of brambles and nettles behind some old greenhouses i had some that i couldnt retrieve i have had about 300 out of the same garden he keeps rabbits and chickens so loads of grub for them spread about atb mal

  14. i would say its a falcon fn12 with a quick fill silencer i dont think its a titan as titan rifles have a slopeing breechblock and falcons have a squared off breach and from what i can see in pic three it seems square so therfore its a falcon all the best mal
  15. this is all i made up a quid for the tripod of a bootsale and a roll of camoform tape nothing special but it does me when im snipeing rats at long range
  16. my combro mk 4 saved me a hole lot of grief when i found out my falcon was pushing 15.7 quickly cured and doing a modest 11.2 now a lesson well learnd when buying second hand always check it !!

  18. hi mate glad to see somebody found my post on the falcon site lol these tesco lights are brillient for the price as you can see from my pic i mounted mine on the side of my scope just simply useing a couple of old light holders from a bike and abit of velcro i like it where it is as i can switch it on and off with my thumb while i still have my finger on the trigger so a sort of remote switch and low center of gravity you can also buy a mount type thing for bikes called a zefal doodad plus its for holding bike pumps to the frame these would work fine also ps if you get the aa
  19. yep pellpax still deliver once a week to most addresses in england they send them in there own transport and the guy driving is a emplyee and it has to be delivered to the buyer in person from what i have read

  21. i find peanut butter is really good to attract rats just spread abit on a bit of wood or brick but remember rats are neophobic (fear of new things) so you may have to bait up for a few days to get best results
  22. thirsk is always the first saturday of every month
  23. it has to be the scopes moving in some way id say try changeing the mounts to single mounts and on my tx i screw the rear mount locking pin down into the hole provided
