love the 95 mate. bought this to use as a rough gun but fell in love! people say they're as good as the but too light. i disagree,i think the weight of these is just right! would love to see yours mate,if the pic is too big,send it to pitindall@hotmail.co.uk and i'll put it up for you. I must admit i liked this gun also for its performance and reliability....handy for just pickin up and away you go no need for any filling up ...not that am knocking pcp's but defo prefer this gun. The pic i have put up is from don robinsons website.....but my stock is the same as whats on this one....

Lookin good mate.....How do you find the 95 ....obviously you like the gun but do you use it a lot.....Iam just curious i got a 95 also but dont use it as much as i should do......i got the stock changed also ...i would put a photo up but just sussin out how to do it ... Davy

I bought a weihrauch hw95 in .22 with a hawke 3-9x50 scope last year.......I sent the stock away to Don Robinson "master stockmaker" to be converted into a thumbhole stock.....cost a bit mind you but still worth it.

Not sure if this is in the right category ..........Myself and some friends are looking to rent some ground next year .....only interested in a bit ground with 1 or 2 duck ponds .....All the guys have access to land with other game on it ....but nothin with duck shooting . We are all located in Bo'ness - Grangemouth area and are willing to travel..{within reason}.If anyone knows of anything that might be available could you please p.m me ....Many Thanks Davy

Well i cant comment to much on this, but i know of three falconers who work landfills and they each use harrises , i aint saying they are the best for the job but this is what they use . -
Hi . I have mentioned pest control in a previous post some time ago .....Since then my circumstances have changed as i was made redundant...So i was thinking about doing avain pest control as a full time job... I know trying to make a living out of your hobby is or could be a big no,no but i do feel iam making the right decision , I already have the birds and falconry equipment as i fly Harrises anyway .....So i was wondering what requirements would be needed to work on landfill site's...is there anything other than public liabillity insurance , what about licenses ,How do you price jobs . aga

if your bird is gonna be freelofted i would put a solid base down but if the bird is goin to be tied to a bow perch at any time in the mews i would use pea gravel on the floor to try and save his/her talons from gettin blunted all the time.....just my opinion though

Jason...i would'nt put netting up in front of the mesh....especially if the birds gonna be freelofted at any time......your just askin for trouble there......

I HAVE WANTED TO HUNT WITH WHIPPETS FOR SOME TIME NOW......NOW I DONT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT THEM I.E TRAINING ETC ...SO COULD ANYBODY POINT ME IN THE RIGHT DIRECTION AS TO WHAT IS THE BEST DOG FOR RABBITING WITH WHETHER IT BE A STRAIGHT WHIPPET OR ONE OF THE CROSSES....HOW TO GO ABOUT TRAINING THEM ....OR EVEN SOME BOOKS FROM WHICH I CAN GET MORE INFO .I HAVE KEPT HARRIS HAWKS FOR 9YRS AND I STILL WANT TO HUNT THEM ...BUT I WOULD LIKE TO TRY SOMETHING ELSE AND LIKE I SAY WHIPPETS HAVE BEEN SOMETHING I HAVE ALWAYS WANTED....CHEERS DAVY

Now before anyone has a dig at me about this i dont own any dogs and i know even less when it comes to terriers but today my mate asked me to go with him to a local Dog rescue centre to see if he could pick up a dog for himself he isnt into hunting so he wasnt trying to get anythin on the cheap other than a dog for himself and family....anyway he found a little pup 9wks old ....it said on the description it was a terrier x????? ....unfortunately i didnt get a picture but the puppy looked like a collie around the face or as we were told after more questions , they think possibly part german s
