  1. Not sure why this is in the "for sale" section, but if you upload them to photobucket first, it will resize them for you automatically.
  2. You wouldnt have found your rabbit, but would have been 150 quidish heavier of pocket. I dont use one, but would if I could afford it mate...
  3. I was wondering whether there was a hard and fast rule for how to enter ferrets. Say I had 3 ferrets, would it be better to enter them all in the same hole one after the other, in holes close to each other, or holes at opposite ends of the warren or what? Im thinking one after the other in the same hole would be no different to one ferret, as the rabbit wouldnt be able to tell there was more than just the first one. But then if I enter them at opposite ends they are more likely to trap the rabbit in a tunnel, with a ferret either side. Im hoping some of you more experienced ferrete
  4. I'll tell you what annoys me... People who quote a whole string of pictures and we end up with repeats of them all and have to scroll half a mile to find the bottom of the page. Sounds like a decent day out though mate, I've had some with weather like that and caught nothing - a real kick in the balls. At least you got 6 bunnies out of it awesome pics as always too boss, keep it up
  5. Im sure you can scrat it out with a bit of stick or something. If not running under the tap would clear it out I would think.
  6. Hmm, that sounds ideal for the situation im in atm... 1 of my ferts has hurt his leg somehow. He escaped and when I next saw him he was limping around the shed his hutch is in. Took him to the vet and he said its just a bruise but i cant take him out for a few weeks. I tried ferreting with just the one ferret last weekend but he just killed underground (rabbits chose to face up to him rather than run I think, because he didnt have his mate with him) I heard a load of thumping and he came up covered in blood. If a bell will shift them better then I might just try again with 1 ferret t
  7. Yeh the same old ferreters that used to snap teeth feed slops and starve there ferrets for days before taking them out for a days sport and not handling them and keeping them vioucous mate you want to take most of what you think you know forget it then start from scratch because you have obviously been tought by somebody that doesnt have a clue. You dont catch an average of 50 + a day out if you dont know nothing now do you Will, just accept that you were wrong and stop trying to argue back. I havn't yet read a single post agreeing with what you said in your first couple of posts a
  8. Good write up mate. A few years ago when I used to go out with my granda's dog it would occasionaly just trot up behind rabbits and grab them. It was the sneakiest little b*****d imaginable. That said Mixi was rife back then lol
  9. hmm... can see another large scale slagging off on the horizon...
  10. Thats a real shame, but shit happens... How many were taken?
  11. The reason they put up walls and fences is to keep livestock in, not people out.

  16. Is this still for sale? And what Dimensions are the scope?
  17. I cant see why rolling it up would be a problem tbh, it would be more compact surely?
  18. woah! why do you need so many rabbits?
  19. you'll get a lot of different answers to this mate. Some people will say rabbits bolt better in the dark, others will say dawn, others mid-day and others will say dusk. In my opinion dawn seems to be the optimum time.
  20. they arnt daft mate, if they are cold enough they will drag it all back into the nest box again. They would only have dragged it all out in the first place if it was too hot.
  21. Thats why they have such thick skin mate.
