  3. i have been told by two people lately that if you moisten polystyrene and scrape it down your car / 4x4 window its good at calling in the foxes? is that true? does any one use this method?

  9. if you want the meat really tender: hang it for 2 days, then let the meat soak in buttermilk sold in tesco for 3 days, it will look gross when you take it out, but wash it off and that nasty membrane that covers the meat will have turned into cotton wool and the meat will be very tender, the natural enzymes in the butter milk start to break down the meat, and tenderizing it!!! i learned this is south Africa when i stayed with a PH or a long weekend, they soak all their tough game meat out there! i tried a direct comparison of wildebeest, that had, and hadn't been soaked, the diff

  13. ok mate im in bodmin and is always up 4 going out for a nite where bouts u to in cornwall cheers just in probus mate, got ground mainly around the truro area. what dogs have you got fella? ok got no dogs mate just go out with lamp and me shotguns doesnt matter mate, i got a 12G and a .22LR and a 4x4 so always keen for some lampin.

I worked out the basics other than ammo...I was curious about the scope??? haha AGS 3-9 x 40 illuminated from sprtsman gun centre...i think its actually a air rifle scope but i love it! you have 2 focusing points one on the rear and a yardage on the front, which is brilliant for me, as i have something called Keratoconus in my eyes (they are rugby ball shaped in stead of spherical) which means i have problems focusing so having an adjustable scope (that doesnt

Foxes dont eat moles they collect them for teaching cubs how to hunt there pelt is as tough as old leather... try skinning one you will see plus they stink like hell, this is why the vixen chooses the mole its very hard for fox cubs to rip it apart. good info there mate i;m sure a lot of peop0le didn't know that.

So i took my nephew out yesterday, he has never shot before so i said i would show him the ropes, after letting him smash a target to check nether of us were going to get killed, we went out to spot a rabbit or two he got the hang of creeping around "roling" his feet instead of plonking them down like harry enfield's "kevin" and was soon tuned in to what was going on. first field we get into and there is about 15 rabbits showing. so we're in with a chance if he can hit one! so i put one in the barrel for him and slipped on the safety, got him in behind the gun, he located the rabbit shock
