    Hi guys and gals, my mate is pestering me to take his boy out clay pigeon shooting, or for a rabbit or two. but he is only 9 i think, do kids this young use 12G's? i know some who have 20 bore etc, and are very good with them to, but he isnt a very big lad for 9 years old and im worried its going to take his shoulder off. so maybe a small load cartridge? if so what load? failing that i'll have to make him give me the money for a cheap 410! hahaha

    LITTLE TIP FOR YOU .DONT CUT THE TAIL FROM THE FOX WITH THE BONE STILL IN THE FUR.JUST CUT THROUGH THE FUR ONLY AT THE BASE OF THE TAIL THEN USE ANYTHING A LEAD,RAG,STRING ANYTHING PLACE IT AROUND THE CUT YOU HAVE JUST MADE AND THEN PULL HARD THE FUR WILL SLIDE FROM THE BONE.HOPE THIS HELPS YOU. i haVve treid this method before and i just pulled the tail right off! i maybe a little heavy habded me thinks!

    i have a friend who shoots a .243 and hasn;t had a mod on it until about 4 weeks ago, he said he cant belive its the same rifle!

    well got home last night about 1am after going out for a friends birthday, the nighbour has been been waiting up for me to have a go!! apparantly my dogs have been barking "all f*cking night and my girls are trying to sleep" as you can imagen he has probably been round baning on the door to find out if im in or not winding them up 9 he has done that before the twat) .....i exchanged a pleasantry that started with C and ended with T and has a U and N in the middle, and told him to wind his neck in. dogs....dont you just love em!

    whats everyones average lamping bags? lets say you go out for 3 to 4 hours on rabbit, fox, etc. i swear i'm doing something wrong!

    err probably going to slated for saying this but i use this one! http://www.sportsmanguncentre.co.uk/produc...ht+-+Was+49.99/ its really light, looks heavy but isnt at all, i took off the cigarete light and put on 2 spade connectors and linked it straight to a clulite battery that i got for £14 from mole valley farmers. and it has a little compartment in the top of it for storage ( i put latex gloves in there) and they are only £16! reduced from £50 at the moment!

    any pics!!!!!!! im not being funny mate but 108 is a bit hard to believe! why is that ?? because your ground dont hold such numbers?? this pic was a few years ago, the dog on the right is retired and didnt take part, could have caught the same with two, that night we just happened to take two each all bull cross dogs too nice pic mate! how many did you have?

    this is me and gerald out on the the bodmin moors north cornwall. i think he was 85 here, smokes a pipe like a chimney, creaks and moans a lot, but he still shifts when they bolt! i saw him dive like a goal keeper, for a rabbit trying to get out of the purse net this day! he has made his whole living from rabbit / pest control. this is a pic of a few we got that morning. i think we counted 19 for the day in the end.

    if got a standard baikal 12g so its not a adjustable choke. i'll try a pattern first for sure.
