    hi where does your dad shoot if he has the rifles ? surely he has to have ground to shoot over if he isnt in a club.? as for the farmers you dont have to have them as your ref on your fac mate. the only thing you need off them is a permission letter saying that you can shoot there and that they will let you use rifles,shotguns,air rifles on there land. if i where you get out and about and ask for some permission on the farms around where you live. yorkshire has loads of land so shouldnt be to hard. get some pestcontrol cards made up offering your service for free. and get insured to. and

    sorry, i forgot to mention that, my dad lives right at the top of scotland and i live in yorkshire, so i cant go to the same places as he does(obviosly) i thought you had to get character references or something?

    I am wanting to get my FAC as my dad has a Ruger 10/22, and a .22 magnum(i think) and is going to give me his rifles when i get my licence, problem is i have no land, no real reason to have a rifle and not in a gun club(well will be this week) im no fool, i know there is no point in even applying yet. until i get land to shoot, and real need for one. this is where my question is. How much permissions would i need to have, and even if i had permission i have only been in the area for a short time so no farmer can say they have known me for more than 2 years, or whatever it is men

    hi, i am wanting to camoflauge my logun s.16-s, i know of the camo tape and camo socks, but with the s.16 being a bit different looking, does any one have suggestions on how to best camoflauge this gun and is it possible? and is there any pics anywhere of camo'ed loguns? thanks

    It makes me laugh too. What's funny is the fact he's being serious.     i just bought a logun lamp this afternoon, and have been debating wether to go out all night, i decided to go out about 11.15, and got back 02.00, anyway i got nothing, there was not very much signs of rabbits, i think i saw 3 in total,andnever got a shot at either, i was hoping to have some good photos from my first lamping session, but hey, nevermind theres alway next time. im knackered now, off to bed

Good luck with it mark no filters mate. i was going to be going out tonight with it but its p#####ng it down tonight, so i might give it a miss. or will rabbits still be about in the rain?
