Khan could stay forever but sometimes he could spoil the day i.e if he didn't catch his hare he would sometimes spot another,run that then another run that and so on and with other lads waiting to slip their dogs, they soon let me know how happy they were if you know what i mean On the other hand when he caught his hare he would return sharpish...Ben. Ive got a bitch out of this litter aswell , shes very fast for her age , knocked her first rabbitt up and was unlucky not to kill it the other day , Khans in good hands with Macca , hes a top, lad . Great news,Pure saluki.x.Whippet/grey seem to doing quite well at the moment,i know kipper and many others had some belters bred from a kid called mick from the north west using his saluki to a whippet greyhound type bitch probably 3or 4 repeat matings and almost every one a class act on any land so hopefully yours will be as good..Good luck with her,..Ben.

i know he produced some good stuff out of Queen nellie (pure saluki) he also lined Brookies Asha and owen's purebred from Sheffield and also a pure from the northeast the latter of which may yet be to young to judge,oh and my dog Alfie,this will be his 1st full season, so time will tell I would be great if the mentioned owners could let me know how the litters have done.

That makes a change,its usually us saluki lads getting the stick,i wouldn't let it get you down mate just another knob thinking he knows what's best for every working dog owner in the land,at the end of the day the only thing that REALLY matters is that you are happy with your dogs, who gives a flyer what anyone else thinks. ..Ben.

bolly got scout from a lad in rochdale breed by k c if my memory serves me right, p.n dean was not in the same league scout was the father to G.L sergent & D.B max, and yes i seen all 4 of them run Some great knowledgeable info there mate,good stuff. Ben.

Is that the same tramp sparrow owned ben was he similar bred to cruiser which was the better dog? Hi Luke mate,yes you are dead right sparrow bought Tramp from kipper aged about 5,Tramp was good on most land dishy,Ripon Thirsk as well as Lincoln whereas Cruiser was run 99% of times at Lincoln,both were equally consistant but imo would give it to tramp purely for the fact he did the job on medium as well as large fields ...Ben.

Totally agree with that. Also Kippers old dogs, "Tramp" and "cruiser" were both good consistent animals,there was also a black dog "Scout" that won a northern comp i think it was the 89-90 season,can't quite remember the owners name,but pretty sure he was from Bury/Heywood area. ..Ben
