We keep as many as we need for our own consumption, and I know you cant eat it all the time. But we do sausages, burgers (Fantasic) mince for chilli, spag bol etc, cubed for casseroles and "parve` for steaks...Stunning! Swop some with my mate for some lamb and beef...Do my own pigs....Happy days, the only meat we buy is free range chicken from the local farm shop
Got a nice Fallow Does in the chiller as I speak That will keep us going for a while
