    why not,,? what if someone buys one just wanting a family pet doesnt have a clue about working terriers then one day there walking it and it fuks off to ground I do know what you are saying,ideally it would be better if all working bred dogs went to working homes,but from the amount of terriers and lurchers bred these days a good percentage will end up in pet homes anyway,thats not including all the failed dogs that also go to pet homes.....come to think of it how many people pretend and kid themselves they actually work their dogs..i know a few.

    This fox was about two years old when caught,it had a metal cowling around its neck.It must have got is stuck as a cub and grown to adult hood as the cowling was to small in diameter to be removed over the foxes head.

    300 pound sounds cheap to me obviously they are not aimed at the serious lurcher enthusiast ie for lamping or a bit of daytime work,but i bet they are really fast sledge dogs,imagine an eskimo with one of those parked up outside his igloo he would be the envy of the south pole,..the fastest sledge dog in the world.

    its summer time,,a time for the dogs to take a well earned rest,,just long lazy walks to stop them getting bored,who needs a dog at peak fitness in the summer months.August/September get them get them doing the fitnes s routine,roadwork,running the very best grub..i,m sure everyone has their own methods of getting their dogs fit but thats an autum event not summer,thats my opinion and its worked for me for some time now.

    THATS A REALLY STRANGE QUESTION TO ASK....BUT STRANGELY ENOUGH YESTERDAY EVENING WHILST DRIVING DOWN A MAIN ROAD I FELT/HEARD A HEAVY BANG ON THE SIDE OF MY CAR,WHEN I LOOKED IN MY MIRRORS I SAW A MOTORBIKE TRAVELING DOWN THE ROAD WITH NO ONE ON IT,,,OBVIOUSLY I THOUGHT WHAT THE FUKE WAS GOING ON ,A COUPLE OF SECONDS LATER A YOUNG WEST INDIAN LAD LANDS ON MY BONNET,,,AH ITS OBVIOUS NOW...ASKED IF LADS OK..HE IS..NO NUMBER PLATE ON BIKE..ITS STOLEN...A FEW POLITE WORDS LATER HE STUMPS CASH UP FOR DAMAGE AND A BIT EXTRA FOR MY TIME,I THOUGHT WHAT A GOOD RESULT,,I,M NO RACIST BUT YOU COULD MAKE A

    I WOULD IMAGINE MOST BREEDS ARE CAPABLE OF YAPPING TO A LESSER OR GREATER DEGREE,I HAVE SEEN GOOD YOUNG DOGS OVERMATCHED/OVER RUN A NUMBER OF TIMES SOME HAVE STARTED TO YAP,WORSE THAN THAT SOME HAVE CALLED IT A DAY AND JACKED, JUST SO DISHEARTENED AT NOT BEING ABLE TO COME TO TERMS WITH THEIR QUARRY.IN MY OPINION ENTERING TO CERTAIN TYPES OF QUARRY BEFORE THE DOG IS READY CAN CONTRIBUTE TO CREATING A YAPPING DOG..ON A DIFFERENT NOTE HOW MANY OLDER SEASONED DOGS START TO YAP ??...OR DO THEY GIVE NO WARNING AND JUST JACK IN AS THEY KNOW THEY ARE OVERMATCHED............IF EVERYONE WORKED THEIR DO

    TRY ALOE VERA GEL FROM HOLLAND AND BARRETT,,,RUB IT ON THE RED/INFLAMED AREA EVERY OTHER DAY,,YOU SHOULD GET A GOOD RESULT....SEEN IT CLEAR UP ALL KINDS OF SKIN PROBLEMS.

    THOUGHT THIS MAY BE OF INTEREST TO SOMEONE,THIS FOX HAD AN ALUMINIUM CYLINDER AROUND ITS NECK,IT LOOKS LIKE ITS A WATER HOLDER THE TYPE YOU SEE IN THE CEMETERY AT THE BOTTOM OF HEAD STONES. THE FOX WAS ABOUT TWO YEARS OLD AND IN PERFECT HEALTH,UNDER THE COLLAR THE FUR WAS SLIGHTLY THIN. THE COLLAR HAD VARIOUS SCRATCHES AND BITE MARKS ON IT.WE TRIED VERY HARD TO PULL THE COLLAR OF BUT NO WAY WAS IT COMING OFF,I THINK THE FOX AS A CUB HAD SOMEHOW GOT IT STUCK ON ITS NECK AND UNABLE TO REMOVE IT HAD GROWN TO AN ADULT.

    I use my blue eye sometimes and made a red filter for it,just bought some thin red perspex from a diy store cut it to size with a hack saw blade so it just fits inside the lamp casing,no need to drill a central hole. I bought a pop up filter for my cluson light i didnt like it was to flimsy asking to be snapped off,so i alterd that in the same way i made one for the blue eye.....ps the string is for pulling the filter out fast without blocking the beams light it also stops you from loosing it.
