    it looks like the Snatch dog threw a few blue coloured pups,....some of them blue and feathered...this dogs sire was Snatch.

    If i remember correctly it was typp who bred a litter of this breeding,does anyone know how they turned out,ie,reasonable working dogs or the worlds largest lap dogs..?

    no need to be heavy handed,if dog is young enough and not been entered it is fairly easy,just walk close and through all livestock regularly completely ignore them if the dog shows any interest just a sharp pull on its lead should do,dont do anymore,,,,,,,,,,,,,,if the dogs older and been entered or already been chasing livestock,YOUR ON YOUR OWN.this method has always worked for me and my dogs are saluki saturated.

    ELY BOAT CHANDLERS STILL SELL THEM,I THINK THEY ARE GREAT LAMPS FOR STARTING YOUNG DOGS WITH,THE BEAMS ARE SO TIGHT WITH NO SIDE GLARE THE DOGS SOON PICK UP THE GAME.

    I must be missing something, a 20 month old collie lurcher dog pulls up and comes back whilst chasing a rabbit,various health/lack of running quarry reasons.......its ok ,its fine,dont give in with it keep trying......A saluki lurcher pulls up running an hare,at any age,no matter if its its sixth hard run.......its a jacker and has to go...?? whats the difference........daylight A dog can pull up on cramp! especially after 4 or 5 hard runs on the fens! A good owner wouldnt get shut of it, if it was a good fen dog. Imagine geoff ogden or tony howley or jimmy ford getting you a pup,

    same pic its just worn out now, only ever took one picture of the bitches catch(unlike some)yes it was caithness,went up there a week hear and a week there.god only knows how many that bitch caught in a good week up there the following two nights she caught over forty on each..we completely filled the bath where we stayed with skinned rabbits to feed the dogs,and gave the rest to a butcher on a daily basis,however we did,nt know we had a cleaning lady once a week who called when we where out..we never saw her again when we stayed.
