I,m not sure what they use as a whip,however i believe lashes are spread over a number of days or weeks,,,,,,,,,,,,one a month over 29 years sounds fine to me. 50 a day seems the norm. If the courts anything like a bank,spreading the whipping over a few weeks instead of having it done all at once,could find yourself with an extra thirty added on....!!!! Overdraght. there will be a back lash...to this.

Ive had four Hancock dogs first one related to plumbers merle,on a sliding scale the working/hunting instinct decreased till finally the fourth one about two years ago,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,, ,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,,lets just say hancocks dogs are are handincock dogs and not worth a w++k,,,,,,,,,,

How can someone be responsible for poisoning the cats,has he forced poison/anti freeze down their throats i think not,maybe left a container open. If the the cats are drinking on their own accord they could be committing suicide.

How will this affect the Lurcher man? It means that you will be able to use Lurchers/Longdogs to course (Drive) an Hare to someone waiting with a legally held gun. As long as you have permission of the landowner, you will be able to carry on pretty much as before the ban. Number one,you need someone who is willing to possibly to risk loosing their shotgun licence,the neighbouring farmers and police will react to lads 'FLUSHING HARES' is 3 minutes behind a hare classed as flushing. i am sure if your gun licence details are taken three times or more the police look upon you in a different

The hare coursing lads were the real victims of the hunting ban,with no real way around it,fox hunters had drag hunting (really) Reasonable possibility fox hunting reinstated hare coursing still banned.Hope there is a middle way for coursing the way we should have gone in 2005.

i have always put good coursing dogs over lamping dogs,some of my best lamping dogs have been bred this way they seem to improve the catch rate/tally and have a no nonsence attitude at lamping.some of my collie crosses are flashy tricksters at lamping with stalking, pretending they havent seen the rabbit going passed them then turning back to catch them,and how they slow a rabbit down when chasing them to a near walk is amazing,,BUT after a while it becomes irritating,i want to catch a rabbit not wine and dine them first.

Most ferrets if worked from a very young age will work to a lesser or greater degree,however i feel if you constantly breed from a bad line of ferrets ,ie slow lazy workers,bad biters,skulkers and ferrets that wont go deep your just asking for trouble,ferrets should be bred for purpose intended ie working, The big question now is are we on the brink of a distinct show v working lines with ferrets,i think so As with our hunting dogs we need to safe guard their working abilities.

Next to my place of work is a well known red light area,.one of the black girls has crutches and only has one eye and few teeth,........it amazes me just how busy she is,,,,she asked me once if i wanted some business,,,,,,i said "id rather be on the dole" it amused me anyway.
