  1. I have a Left handed Bennelli semi-auto m2 its a cracking gun and I seem to do alright even with right eye dominance
  2. We have some Remy 700's at work a 30-06 which I have had the privilige of firing a couple of times and some a number in .223 which with one I had my most satisfiying shot so far
  3. Typical leftism, luckily I shoot a rifle right handed even tho I am left handed but I can't teach myself to shoot right handed with a shoty (I'm right master eyed) but I don't do bad
  4. Have you been to the Gun Room at Acklam near Malton they are a dealer for Browning
  5. My T8 is on a Browning A-Bolt .223, nice rifle and ready screwcut, got the lot for £780 pity they belong work and not me!!!!
  6. I use a T8 it is a good mod but a bummer that you can't get it to bit's to clean properly
  7. Eyup, I'm the mate of Ryedaleratters who use's the bennelli proffesionally!! Its a lefthanded m2 synthetic 8 shot and it is a cracking tool, needs a little bit of a clean now and again but that is down to the conditions it is used in more than the amount of shells put through it, it is light (more than the bereta, even full of cartridges), fast and because of the inertia system it works on you can fire it all day with out feeling a bit of discomfort. If I was to buy my own semi-auto it would be one of these without a doubt.
  8. If it is any help I use a 24ft/lb BSA super ten and the best pellets I have tried are the Acupels, they certainly have enough killing power at 60 to 70 yds.
  9. Hi Barbus, I use both barrel and the Fenn scissor trap and have good success with both, the barrel trap is a good trap at any depth if care is taken with the hole and covering the trap when set, I like the Fenn in the shallow runs as they are easily checked.
  10. The peanut butter definatly works but when it is backed up with chocolate spread it is even better.
  11. The one thing you have to do is not be frightened of over applying, I tend to put two tabs in every 2 meters rather than the recomended 4 every 4 meters and I have a reasonable amount of success but I still think traps are better.
  12. Hi all, Like Ryedale ratter I've just joined and I will be ratting with him on sunday, there is some good contenders for King Rat, the average rat we get is probably 9-10 inches (not including tail).
