i agree totally with mackay, seems strange someone whose been on site 3 days is worried about a few adverts when there are thousands of other threads to read on here. maybe the mods should be more concerned with folk having more than one user name on THL
  4. well said skycat, couldn't agree more.
  5. i run a navara 05,had it from new and done over 40k miles, nearly 30mpg, never been any trouble, tows well (often 3ton+) i have ifor canopy top on which is perfect for dogs.
  6. i've got a deer/grey back to deer/grey by saxon out of belle had him off dave at 7 weeks,he's 6 1/2 years old now and couldn't be more pleased with him, been good on all game and still very usefull, very good on charlie(pre-ban of course) i'd have another but probably go for 3/4 greyhound. whip
  7. my deerhound/grey has caught 2 crows, jumped up abd took them out the air while they were mobbing him.

  16. sorry mate but i've got 2 pugs that could course better than that! can see why they never caught on (or anything )
  17. i've a nissan navara now but had a single cab before both with ifor williams tops and very pleased with both but don't know what insurance would be for 22yr old, however my kids are 18 and 20 and have both their cars insured on family policy with NFU for anyone in family to drive fully comp both about £400. you'd probably have to put it in a parents name.
  18. good luck LL, we're in the horse job so also suffer alot of broken bones (especially collar bones). if it's any consolation a friend of mine had a collar bone op where they took the end off and left it floating,it was a complete success and has been no problem since (must be ten years ago now) anyway keep us all up to date with your progress. whip
  19. worried about you john, first the dodgy taste in music and now this
  20. looks a good cross to me,my mate has just had a bitch bed/greyhound x whippet and love it
  21. great pictures, looks like a good day out. where abouts is this show (what part of the country)
  22. i agree with elma, have a word with the mfh or write to hunt chairman, they're accountable to the hunt if they're official terriermen. the last thing the hunt will want is trouble with land owners or bad press. tell the chairman you feel an apology is due.
  23. 48, always had lurchers and some hounds, still enjoy it as much now as ever, just got a bit more patience now and realize thinks rarely go to plan
