    Well I'm in a similar boat now working every hour under the sun to do a house up and pay for a wedding and other things and with working odd shifts rarely get any free time with my young daughter.Even when off work like you said there's a million and one things to around the house or garden for the animals and that's without fitting in any hunting time it's hard to donit all but she put te guilt trip on me last night by saying Yiu work to much and need to stay and play at home more as i was putting her to bed.safe to say they no how to pull on your heart strings and change your ways.

    Cheers mate pretty much what I was thinking.Just been granted quite a large price of land to look after where the last farmer used a 22 and 243 so I take it there cleared for that land,hopefully anyway as it's what ill be asking for. The sgc sailed through but problem is Iv forgotten most of what I put down now in the box. Anyone know of any ways I can get a background type check done so I can fill out form properly without sounding like I'm hiding things?

    Alrite lads any one no if there's any difference in the granting of fac and sgc? Had shotguns a few years now and want move onto fac but did have a bit of previous and was granted it. I no it depends on the individual and circumstance and all that but was wondering if fav was a lot stricter of a ticket to be granted. Cheers Jake

    Your goinnto struggle if you only want to shoot on your doorstep mate get a tank filled and do some miles mite pay off. Or offer a bit of help around the farms mate normally helps build the trust up, people don't jump taking others with them mate thers to many people goin back uninvited, just my opinion any way.

    I got the weber one touch kettle a few years back and can't fault it. Iv done a few 10 hour cooks onit now with brisket and other slow cook joints and it holds it temp well. Another plus is a few company make add ons for it like meet racks and fish hangers, can get a fair few racks of ribs on with the rib rack to.
