alrite everyone, iv been making my own purse nets for a few months now and got a enough for the minute so im thinking about making a few 25 yard stop nets or maybe a 50 yarder once ive got going.iv got the hang of the purse nets but dont now how to start the long net of.Iv read the post on the squared net but cant seem to get going with it.is there a dvd i can get that will take me through it properly and explain how to get the bagging right on the long net.

start lamping the rabbit in for them from around 3 weeks onwards & you wont have a problem handling going to have to the ones in the freezer wont last two minites now.

just thought id let people know that iv just been and had a proper count up of the kits and its fourteen of them, i thought eleven at first so iv had a bit of a shock.better get the thick gloves out for when they get there teeth.

just an update of the jill, shes had about 10 kits i think maybe more not rearly disturbd her much but shes doing fine and at the minit the kits look alright to. are you saying she went almost a week over? at the moment my jill is 5 day's overdue..... cant see owt happening at the moment. from the days i counted yeah but the hob might of mated a few times or not done the job straight away,i moved her to a smaller box aswell and this seemed to make her more relaxed.

cheers not sure if iv seen them moving about but i havnt really picked her up lately just trying to let her be if you no what i mean.

Don't upset yourself mate a few days late no problem let nature take its course don't keep picking her up she will probably have had them by morning. :good: wernt really getting upset but shes a good worker and like a mug iv told people they can have a couple of kits when born and knowing my luck probly go tits up.cheers for your advice.

I have been keeping a close eye on her and she really swelled up a few days ago and looked ready to burst, iv been keeping an eye on the days and at this time she still hasnt dropped, by my working out she should of dropped a day or two ago.i know it aint clock work but she was f*****g massive and now she looks a bit smaller.im thinking the worst and thinking that they are dead inside her and she aint going to drop them but can anyone tell me from experiance how long they have waited for the kits.I dont need people telling me why didnt i just take her to the vets and things like that because i

alrite everyone, iv got myself a young patterdale and im wondering how many of you work nuttall bred terriers and how you get on with them.Any good pictuers would be good to look at to.

i will try making some around 5 foot.I normally start my purse nets of with 11 knots then the second row to 13 then 15 till i get my required length but will i need to make any changes when im making this different type of net.

alrite everyone,can anybody give me a few pointers on how to go about making myself some up.iv been told a lot about them and seen them being used and decided to make some up.All i need to no really is the ideal size to make them and do you do them the same as a normal purse net but with an extra peg.

alrite mate go on jbs nets.co.uk and you get all that same stuff but you get a free dvd to showing how to make a purse net and a long a long net.Iv just learnt how to make my own and you can save alot of money.
