Is 26 inch long enough for a net pole as jigsaw is selling some at 52 inch wondered if i could get 2 two out of 1 ATB Pritch

if the dog is kept in a pen get some battens put a couple across the door at say 8 &16 inches so it has to jump to get out & every time it does so you give it the command up then add another batten every few days increasing the height by 3 or 4'' it is usually just a matter of confidence hope this helps, good luck Pritch

have to agree a box is best but if your going where you shouldn't & don't want to bring attention to yourself a ferret in a bag & a few nets discreetly placed about yourself & nobody's the wiser, everyone used bags when we were kids now u cant go without a box, locator,longnet & 100 purse nets oh & a spade sometimes i think it is best half a dozen nets & a ferret ATB Pritch

well i know someone who caught leptro from a ferret bite & believe me you would worry if you got it, it nearly did for him & i'm talking a bloke in his mid/late twenty's after fir bit of time in hospital it took years for his liver or kidneys to recover could no drink fo 3 years. ATB Pritch

just a thought but when discussing the old type lurchers do we put to much emphasis on the herding type side of the breeding surely the running dog of all those years ago would of been a much different animal than we see today with much more hunting instinct as it would of been a hunting dog rather than the out &out running machine we see today. I have a jeff burrell dog & i like him, he aint a world beater but he never would be becase of the amount of stuff he see's [or lack of] its never bouncing with game at the best times & the last two seasons have been far from the best of times mixy has decimated the rabbits so its just been picking up odds & sods but what he has taken he has taken well & my mate thought enough of him that he got a bitch off him [jeff] a week ago & its a smart, bold little fecker as for jeff himself to say he is different is putting mildly & he can talk a glass eye to sleep but if i ha

cruelty should not be tolerated by anyone but if it is anonymous it is hearsay & has no place in law she said it was reported that i keep my dogs in a cage, is it unlawful to keep dogs in a cage ? not as far as i know so why bother me if my dog is found on the streets they will put it in cage for a week & then put it down. goin to walk the dogs now thanks for the replies ATB Pritch

firstly thanks for the replys,To undisputed i told her she can look at the pens & the dogs i just want to know who is reporting me falsely if someone doesnt like the fact i go rabbiting then tell me don't go phoning the f****n RSPCA avin all the f****n street twichin thier curtains fucks me right off ATB Pritch

Just had the rspca round someone has anonymously reported me for keeping my dogs in a cage .they are in fact kept in two pens a jrt & lurcher in one 4x4FT with a 8x6 run & 2lurchers in the other 4x4 with a 8x8 run they are only in it through the day while i'm at work.i refused her access unless she told me who had reported me & she said it was anonymous so she said she would be back with the police does any one know where i stand do the police need a warrant to enter any advice would help there is nowt rong with the dogs i just hate the fact any lieing twat can ring up & accu
