ive got a 10 months old dog standing 24tts his breeding is dam 1/4 ridgeback 1/4 bull 1/2 grey sire 1/2 bull 1/4 grey 1/4 bed............first time ive heard of ridgeback in a lurcher has anybody heard or had a dog of tis breed. sorry no pics yet

i lost my dog afew years ago and phoned police and kennels,i told them what cross,colour etc. kennels said there was no dog of that breed there;even its colour ,my mate told me to go down and have a look just incase. got to kennels and asked if i could have a look round and there he was they said they didnt know what breed he was but they had stuck him next to another lurcher.if they think you are working her they will be proper go down and have alook mate............ good luck.........

good post mate moneys no object for dogs that give 100% .......good working dogs dont come cheap

while coursing a long leged rabbit my 13 month old lurcher bitch took a bad roll and came back lame,so last night i took her to see this bloke who my mate has used before .............she had 3 toes ,knee and hip clicked back into line ..............it took him 15 mins and he only charged me a fiver..............thats right a fiver............he works on racing greys good man to know for working dog owners north derbyshire erea .............can post phone number if anybody needs a dog looking over

7 months old is a good age to learn night work bearing in mind the time of year, let the older dogs have the long runs try her on short slips and sitters so shes not running at full speed and still having playing catch up

leave off the dry mix and get her on some breast of lamb and beef chunks

i know it might sound a silly question,but has she been wormed recently?

cheers mate i wormed her eight weeks ago but i think the tablets might have been a bit dodgy they were from a pet shop she is slightly under weight for 24 inches a friend has told me to use a worming powder called pancure over five days if this works what would be the best diet to build her back up

hi im running a greyhound whippet collie bed shes 12 monthes old and will eat anything put in front of her ,she is now on dry mix with rabbit stew added 3 to 4 times a week but never puts any weight on ,any advise greatly accepted
