    "Some legally held weapons are used in crime and that must be admitted by us, but that is usually after they have been illegally obtained by robbery or burglary and in comparison to the ease with which illegal weapons can be obtained fades into in-significance!" the gardai were asked before could they show the amout of times legally held firearms were used for any illegal activity and from what i believe they couldnt come up with one ???? its easier to get a illegally held firearm .... so why do they think that banning legally held ones will sort this problem...

    something has to be done .at the moment they are concentrating on pistols but what if some asshole starts shooting people with a rifle or shotgun they will then ban all firearms and we are the ones that will pay for it . oh wish the government would ever cop the f**k on and sort this out properly .. why have the shooting organisations not kicked up about this and called some type of rally or meeting with all licence holders and government reps ???

    PS: gun crime could be eliminated IF ONLY THEY'D LOCK UP THE NUTTERS...FOR LIFE yeah thats right the idiots here give the criminals a slap on the wrist and thell them "now dont do that again" the criminals know nothing better and go back to what they were doing and them the government think ahh i know how to sort this we will hit the law abiding citizens that will sort it ,,, it must be the people with licensed firearms doing this ...

    yeah the media seem to completely blow it up .. uneducated idiots .. scaremongering sells more papers ... wexford (where i am) seem to have got a lot more licences and applications in the last few years but yet there is 2 ranges so what were they expecting and everyone that applies or has a licence has obviously complied with the restrictions in place at the moment as you know johngalway is very strict .. so what else can the ask of people ...

    hi lads someone on here might know what to do .. i have a scottish terrier .when i went home yesterday there was a big ball of shite hanging out of her and she kept trying to push it out ,, is there anything i can give her (i was gonna give her some milk of magnesia but i wasnt to sure if that would do more harm)
