    hello mate i dont know the hrc scale for hardness im sorry but there all tested pre temper and the file skidds off etc . there bought to temp slowly in the gas forge , soaked and oil quenched . then in a 200c oven for an hour . there plenty hard enough . you can allways put um back in the oven if you want um softer , cos there probably on the harder than soft side if you follow . all the best , ps just check that the w2 one has not sold as 3 have gone , marked in red . all the best .

    my miniatue EBT are not over cobby types and there pure kc . iv never worked them but im sure they would be good . there social, active and dont feel pain much . there stuburn but want to please .iv allways thought that if you switched them on you would not stop them again , and i dont have the graft for them to try it . i know a guy in northhumberland that had a miniature that in the day was a good worker and a good draw dog . but thats just something he said to me i never saw it !

    hello guys as you like a bargin on here i have put togeather some blanks and knives chaep as i can do them . as follows .... all are priced with postage and paypal would be perfured , i dont want to hold on to them or anything so first come first serve . make an offer on multipuls if you like .. ok first up is . six x "RW34" (google it wicked high end knife quality STAINLESS !!) basic bush tanto blanks . there ground , heat treated and tempered to the a very good standard ! total length 9" with 4.5" handle and blades. you can para cord wrap them and make a sheath from inner tube and

    how will you drill it if its heat treated ? i can hardly drill anealed steel let alone any thing with HT . even grinding after HT kills my machines .. take my hat of to you .

    they all vary in time depending on what goes rong through out the prosses . from a few hours into weeks !

    aitch20 just got your email and replyed with offer to meet half way for quick sale ! iv just finnished the only one of the group that i was keeping "not photoed" woth a para cord wrap and mirror finish cutting edge and it look ace 1just bash up a sheath and il photo it .

    this is a group made from the same steel that looked just the same as these just a day or so work ! just to prove its not impossible !

    come on guys dont be put off buy how they look , all knives start out life like that ! as i say you could process these with a £20 belt sander from B&Q or by hand with files and sand paper . the steel is thick enough that you can grind out any pits if you wanted to or you can leave them "raw forge" finnished . as i say im happy to heat treat them for just the price of your postage so effectivly thats free!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! you could even para cord wrap them for handles if your not able to do the wood work ! 12 months ago id have bought them (when i stared) if you just clean them up th
