    update . there are only 2 left now . both with the black linen micarta . the one with the false edge (double edge ) and the one next to it with 5 pins and finger choil up the blade for skinning are the only ones now available . all the best , matt

    thanks gin , there wont be many more of this lot for sale from me in future , as said else where im going to be doing different things next year and the knife making will be very much on the back seat . when i do make them they will be to a very high standard and alot m ore expensive . this is one i just finnished for a customer (its sold ) not to blow my own trumpet these are proper working knives ready for a life time of work . cant you guys show your mrs's what you would like for xmass ? all the best , matt

    sorry that one has gone i should have edited it !! i have one the same that just needs the handle shaping , its all glued up sheath made everything else as far as i know its got now flaws !!

    thanks scramble . the auction knife is now up !! just a note to anyone , i wont be making as many knifes next year and they wont be as cheap when i do make them , im going to be doing different things next year so this will be on the back seat alot more . id like to see them gone so i can buy people some gifts for xmass or il have to give my mum and mrs one of these ha ha al;l the best , matt

    sorry steve i dont know why it took so long to get to you ????? it was sent last week ? jamm13dodger yours is on route see pm for details well updates ? only had 2 back for heat treating guys ??? with mine thats 3 so far how you guys getting on ? the heat treating so far have been perfect no blistering very little warping and nice hartd steel . il do some to mine today take a few pics , its a little different to anything iv done before !1 all the best , matt

    all sold 5 fieldcrafters for sale . 3x black linen micarta and 2x white corian with red fibre liners , all have 4mm brass pins and no lanyard tube this time . they are all £75 posted thats first class recorded to your door , with no extra for paypal . every thing is hand made other than the original blanks that i have laser cut for quality control and to save on waisted steel by cutting by hand. english leather sheathmade but me nice and thick tight snug fit with generouse blet loop . they are all satin finnished . the corian handled knife far right has a blemis

    hi guys just an update , iv had one or two messages from members thinking i might have given up making knives , the answer is not yet !! iv had lots of small issues to sort in the last 4 weeks , that i hope are now fixed . there is a largish group of knives that just need sheathing today before they come up for sale .# so please bear with me . all the best . matt

    hi matt iv used gambore high bird 30g 6's (100 rounds) and leyvale 32g 5's (50 rounds) its jammed once so far and that was due i beleave to me leaving way to much oil inside it and not cleaning it between heavy usage sessions , that coupled with me shooting pigeons last week in that very heavy rain . the gun was soaked, oily and goopy from the mix of oil and power residue . a good clean and its working like a charm . i was the same before i bought this gun i had herd all the same things and thought twice , but at the price it seemed worth a go , i want to be totaly honest about this gun as i

    ha ha . iv got to be honest iv not done anything new to mine either . its reshaped got all the holes drilled just needs some more shaping ht and grinding . the posty has not been here yet its probably on its way steve . the next group will solve alot of the problems i think as i said before no metal work to do just handling !!
