No mate I pull the bolt back fully but the magazine still don't come out :-/ also the bolt is really easy to pull back could the spring have failed?

Hi guys & girls, I'm hoping someone can help me I've got an air arms S310 and the multi shot magazine can't be removed, it's as if it is stuck somehow. Does anyone know what it can be and how i can get it removed. All help is much appreciated.

Here's mine Black and Tan is a 2.5 year old Lakeland bitch and the other is a 13 week old patterdale/border x Lakeland dog Hope you like them.
