    Hi took my 18 month old lurcher for his walk at 6 this morn just going through estate when he shot past me chasing a pet rabbit he shot down a ginnell and yelped he had run into a metal fence i ran over and he was carrying his leg i could tell staight away he had broke it i picked him up and took him home foned vet he said hed meet me there he was led on a blanket in real pain i got him to vets we couldnt move him because of the pain the vet gave him some pain relief looking at his leg he has shattered both bones just above the ankle the vet said looking at it its a bad one he doesnt th

    he just ant arsed even when we had that cold everynight i made sure all his bedding was in then in morn its out and hes curled up in his bed

    my lurcher constantly pulls his bedin out his kennel no matter what i put in its out in two mins ant thini can do

    im not saying some dogs cant be enterd at that age i just think if people waited it would eliminate most of the problems not all the time but more often than not youd no its nt coz ur dog was enterd early

    I currently own one lurcher my first lurcher and prob my last for many years because i dont have time or space for another i listend to all i could and stuck to advice so why do people insist on starting their dog at 7 8 9 months old even younger. the dogs still a pup and still wants to act like one then they post topics my dog doing this my dog doing that yet all the advice says dont start your dog to young then they get a slating on here. two mins later another thread i took my pup out lastnite 8 mnth old i just dont get it im sure there are dogs that could handle it at that age but it w

    yeah mate its a stone throw from my front door them fiels border my pemission they killed the deer right outside the gates of garth and they left the dog apperently they ran two but got one back and fled leaving the other i dont no how much of this is true

    Hi well weve had 30 odd rabbits and a big daytime rabbit but its my fault why weve not been out as much as i would of liked how do you think this would of affected him and how should i approach next season with him not having done much in his first season do you think it would of spoiled him

    This is my typpe bred dog troy all his litter mates were red merle he is a fantastic dog prob would of been outstanding in the right hands he hasnt had the work to be honest as our son was born with down syndrome when itit was time to enter him he will get the work next season so hopefully its not been left to late either wy hes me best mate and hes here for life
