Hi mate as has been said talk to youe feo he will be able to give you a good idea . if you was not charged you should get it back but it might depend on wether you wasnt charged through lack of evidence etc. i had to hand my liscence in 5 year ago i had a meeting with feo he told me if i hand it in i will more than likely get it back in time which i did but if he revokes it ive got next to no chance but i suppose there all different -
