i know what you mean pal, he had a block of 6 stables on his land and one of the people brought a bit of trouble with him and the stables got burnt down, my dad said no more people on the land , some one later asked if they could keep chickens there my dad said yes then said he will let one small field for chickens . i put an ad up for the land and the amount of horse people ringing was unreal . -

not to bad then he only pays a £1000 a year so it will prob be in there interest to sell -
My dad has been a tennant on 10 acres of grazing land for 25 years he originally had 75 acres for nothing but after 11 years he was told he had to start paying as at 12 years he could claim it or something. He couldnt afford to rent all the land so got just 10 of the 75 and hes been there ever since . he is thinking of asking if it would be up for sale im just wondering if anyone knows anything about these things . The land is just grazing land that has had unsuccesfull building application on it by the landowner a good few years ago . I dont think it will ever get planning as the landowner ha

i follow it pal , vettel is a top driver dont get me wrong but i think if redbull team had anything about them they would have ordered him to let webber back past thats a proper cnuts trick what he did , he new webber would have turned his car down . webber was right in his interview vettel will get protected over it and as for the guy who said "where not like mercedes who have a number 1 and 2 we treat are drivers the same ". that is bollox ,vettel blatantly ignored team orders if i was webber i would of knocked him straight off the track as he came past Adrian Newey is a c**t he hasn't got t

That you Bob?? I tried phoning the feller on thursday and it was an answering service but ho phoned me back and it looks like it was a case of being forgetful!!
