  1. i dont mean to upset any one just suprised and disapointed with bsa ... but seems bsa arnt the only ones doing it
  2. but main point is it seems the gun companys are setting air rifles very low .. so as a result . theres more risk to your prey not being dispached cleanly ... ie it could be seen as becoming very cruel to what we shoot by the press ... its wrong they should be selling top power air rifles ... last time i looked its our job to check power levels if it goes over we are liable to the law not bsa us due to its our responsability
  3. i thought the power goes up due to using a heavy pellet deker am i wrong then ?????
  4. is this to worry about or not ......... with all the laws in place .. they say no airgun should be able to go over the legal limit ........... so wheres it end ...????? my own rifle a superten .22 bullbarral carbine from new was 11.2 ,11.5 ftlb aa fields and now has problems spitting pellets out at 9ftlb .so i spoke to bsa , bloke at said B.S.A test there rifles +set them to bisley magnums ............i said well if the law can use any ammo they could use pile drivers they be over the legal limit on every rifle . .so i sent my tin of aa fields , 200 of and my rifle
