it depends what kind of gulls they are mate,if i remember rightly there are 3 gulls on the defra list that can be shot if they are causing damage,the herring gull and the great and lesser blacked backed gulls,but be warned they certainly aint airgun quarry,they are very big aggressive birds,especially when your shooting at em
